THAT CRYPTO COACHING GURU WON’T TELL YOU THIS!
You'll learn it the hard way if your best-in-world coach isn't telling you this...
Thanks to the internet, everyone is now a coach; even those who have never practiced for a day. I appreciate it when people share the knowledge they have gained over time in the form of a course or coaching class. However, what’s worse is trying to paint what isn’t, just to grab the gullible.
It’s easy to come across self-acclaimed crypto-coaching gurus flagging off results and pictures at expensive places, while newbies are lost in the fantasy of trading being the sleekest thing in the world.
Trading crypto is absolutely cool - and it remains one of the best ways to make money from anywhere in the world, just with the internet and a laptop or smartphone (especially if you’re trading Futures with leverage).
Understand this:
You must not trade as though you’re retiring tomorrow! Crypto trading is profitable but you must learn to apply patience or get burnt. Successful traders (not the stroke-of-luck type) didn’t get there in a flash. It takes months and years of practice and learning from experience to know what works and what doesn’t.
Emotions on a demo trade and live aren’t the same. You can walk away from your errors on a demo, not on a live trade. It doesn’t matter how long you practice, you’ll make mistakes that result in losses–this is simply because trading is a zero-sum game; for every win, there’s a loss somewhere. Sometimes it might not even be a mistake per se, because your set-up could be near-perfect and you’d still lose due to market uncertainty.
If someone is flaunting huge profits, he is definitely risking a lot of capital but won’t show you that. Understand that your capital sources might not be the same, and your abilities to fund and counter a margin call (the mother of all losses) might differ greatly. Trade according to your capital size and risk level!
There are exceptions; people can get lucky and luck isn’t a bad thing. But you must plan and play as though luck isn’t on your side.
Follow people who have made these mistakes, and passionate enough to tell you about the pitfalls involved in this exciting crypto journey.
