Back to our topic…
You can buy/sell bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies on trusted peer-to-peer escrow services like Luno, Remitano, Localbitcoin, etc, or on Exchange platforms like Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, Changelly, etc.
Most of these platforms will require you to create an account, link your bank account, and undergo verification (KYC) by providing a photo-ID and/or government-approved ID before you can transact. This is all for your safety.
Peer-to-peer platforms transactions are more direct; however, your choice of platform will depend on how much you want to buy/sell, your desired price and the time you have at hand.
For the sake of ease, as it regards to newbies, I’m going to use just one, which is likely the most basic for residents of the geo-locations they currently cover.
Luno
